  1. Dry roast dry coriander pepper and cloves. Grind on a mixie jar.
  2. Wash and cut lemon grass. Chopped coriander and wash rinse. And take in a mixie jar. With dry mixture. Add chopped onion garlic ginger vinegar besil leaves green chilli and churn to make a paste.
  3. Chopped all vegestables.And wash.
    Heat oil in a pan. Saute green paste for a min. And keep a side in a pan. Again take oil and saute all vegetables. Add salt. And saute. Mix paste and saute. Add chopped Mushrooms mix properly.
  4. Dilute cornflour in a coconut milk and add in a vegetable mixture. Stir well. Cook on slow flame for 5-7min. Lastly add besil leaves stir and serve.
  5. Yummy Delicious Thai green Curry is ready to serve. Serve with Rice.
