- as needed Lemon wedges
- as needed Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions to make to make Pav bhaji
- Cut & wash all vegetables. Add all veggies in pressure cooker. Add 1 cup water. Cook it until 4-5 whistles on medium flame. Switch off gas.
- Let it cool. Mash all veggies with masher.
- Heat butter in Kadhai. Once melted add onions. Saute until translucent. Add garlic, ginger. Saute it for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes & green chillies. Mash all with masher. Add all dry ingredients. Saute all until gravy leaves oil.
- Add Boiled veggies. Saute all for 4-5 minutes.
Bhaji is ready. - Garnish with coriander leaves & lemon wedges. serve with butter pav & chopped onions.
