Instructions to make to make Colourful nutri wraps
- Mix wheat flour and oats together (oats coarsely crushed)
- Add salt and carom seeds
- Divide it into 3 parts
- Add chilli mint coriander paste in one part
- Add beetroot powder in other part
- Add turmeric powder in the third part
- Knead all the three dough seperately
- Let it rest, meanwhile prepare the stuffing.
- In a kadai add oil
- Add jeera powder
- Add curry leaves and green chillies
- Add onion and saute
- Add tomatoes when onions are cooked
- Add capsicum
- After sauteeing for 5 minutes add all the dry spices
- Add paneer and cook for another 5 minutes covered with a lid
- Switch off the gas and let it cool
- Now make small balls from each dough
- Roll out medium thick rotis from each coloured balls.
- Cut them into squares.
- Cook them on tawa by applying oil on both the sides
- Now put 1 tbsp of filling in each coloured squares
- Roll them.
- Cut them in two halves
- Place them in the tiffin box
