  1. For green colour: make paste of fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and green chilli take it out in container

  3. For pink colour: In a mixer jar add chopped carrots, water and prepare paste of it
  4. In a bowl add wheat flour, carrot pulp, salt and knead the dough and prepare pink dough
  5. For red colour: take cherry tomatoes in mixer jar add little water and prepare paste of it
  6. In a bowl take wheat flour, salt and tomato puree knead the dough and prepare red dough
  7. For Maroon colour: grind beetroots using water and prepare fine paste.. in a bowl add wheat flour, salt and beetroot pulp and prepare dough
  8. For yellow colour: in a bowl take wheat flour, sesame seeds, carrom seeds, turmeric powder and salt use water for kneading and prepare dough
  9. Prepare rotis of each colour and layer them..roll them and spread it..
  10. Cut into pieces.. roll the cut pieces using flour and prepare puris of it..
  11. In a frying pan add oil and let it heat and deep fry them and remove out in tissue paper and serve hot as a snack...
